This study will interest primarily teacher trainers and researchers. The case study details the changes in a novice TA (changes in attitude, knowledge, use of teaching strategies, and accommodations for diverse learners) prompted by his willingness to conduct teacher research. His growth over a period of six months marked a parallel rate of growth in proficiency in his many of his students, considered partially in terms of the Standards.
