This article claims to be intended for teachers of junior or senior high school Spanish classes. It would also provide examples on innovative ways to implement the Standards in classroom activities for multiple languages and language levels. The author situates Gardner's (1993) multiple-intelligence theory within the goals of the Standards and then provides multiple examples of classroom activities that situate Gardner's theory and the Standards in music and arts and crafts language/culture learning projects.
