Sanatullov, M. & Sanatullova-Allison, E. (2006). Instructional technology as a means to enhance foreign language learning . In McAlpine, D. (Ed.), Responding to a New Vision for Teacher Development. (pp. 145-165). Lincolnwood, IL

This article is for teachers of any language or level who have an interest in incorporating technology into their daily practice. The authors provide three lesson plan outlines, using web creation and multimedia software, to focus on presenting new material and student research projects. While the technological resources they mention are already dated and may not be available to readers, the techniques underlying the lessons are based in the National Standards and research on second-language learning, and the lessons could be developed using equivalent current technologies.
