This chapter is of particular interest to educators at the 3rd and 4th year high school and undergraduate levels. It focuses on a year-long, content-based project organized around Francophone cuisine. The project addresses each standard with the goal to help students practice communication and gain understandings and cultural observation through the use of authentic texts. Abrate shares a detailed plan for the year-long project which includes a detailed proposed schedule and assignments.
