This qualitative case study seeks to elucidate implementation of the Standards for school administrators, school boards, researchers, and teachers. It presents data from 3 teachers (elementary, middle, and high school) in a Nebraska school district to track the Standards' impact as they move from the National Standards to their state Framework and to local implementation in the classroom,.
