Giving Kids A CAN DO Attitude!

In Denver at ACFTL 2011 this session had such a great turn out!  I was overwhelmed by the interest in learning strategies and CAN DO statements that have worked for me.

Having experienced learning challenges myself and since my first day teaching in the classroom, I have been determined to help learners discover a CAN DO attitude and change those "I can't" statements into "I CAN" statements while scaffolding them to proficiency. 

I am interested in discussing strategies with both teachers and learners to encourage a CAN DO Attitudes in all learners through differentiation of instruction.
