At ACTFL, we are deeply committed to supporting world language educators—especially during times of uncertainty. In light of recent federal funding hold-ups impacting world language programs across the country, we’ve heard your concerns, and we’re taking action to help ease the burden.

To support our community, ACTFL is extending the early bird pricing deadline for the 2025 ACTFL Convention & World Languages Expo through August 15, 2025.

We understand that many of our members are experiencing delays in accessing professional development funds due to ongoing federal funding challenges. These hold-ups have created uncertainty for educators planning to attend the Convention. By extending early bird registration, we hope to give you more time and flexibility to secure the support you need.

The ACTFL Convention and Expo is more than just an event—it’s a vital opportunity for professional growth, connection, and inspiration. We want to ensure that as many language educators as possible can take part in this experience without the added stress of unpredictable funding.

We’re here with you and for you. Thank you for your dedication to the profession and your students. If you have questions about registration or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Register now to lock in early bird rates by August 15 and join us in advancing the future of language education.
