Please find information below on an upcoming international education conference, "Bringing the World into the Classroom: New Strategies for Internationalizing Undergraduate Curriculum," that isbeing organized by one of IFLE’s Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language (UISFL) Program grantees. It will be held in New York, NYon May 20, 2013.

Bringing the World into the Classroom: New Strategies for Internationalizing Undergraduate Curricula

On May 20th, 2013, the SUNY Levin Institute will be hosting the Bringing the World into the Classroom: New Strategies for Internationalizing Undergraduate Curricula conference at the SUNY Global Center in Manhattan. Participants from the greater New York area will share best practices and dialogue about curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities on themes of global workforce preparedness, globalization and global citizenship.

The conference will highlight the achievements of the SUNY Global Workforce Project and new and related programs that strengthen campus internationalization. In the afternoon, attendees will join round-table discussions where they can get involved in the next stage of global education projects highlighted in the morning sessions. Ron Painter, Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Workforce Boards will provide the keynote presentation. To learn more and register to attend, click here.
