    Hi,
For comparison purposes, I am looking for holistic rubrics for either formative or summative evaluation in the four language skills acquisition at the middle school level, suitable for second language learners and mother tongue as well.
I already posted a message a couple of months ago but I didn't get any feedback. If you have any information or ideas, could you please share them with me or guide me in right direction.
Thank you very much for your help.

I highly recommend the Ohio DOE Standards-based rubrics that are posted on their website. They include CAN-DO statements for students as well as fully fleshed-out rubrics for teachers. They are analytic rubrics, but I have condensed them into holistic rubrics in some courses, especially for cumulative  projects. You could use the proficiency benchmarks descriptions.

    Good luck!

    Hello Laure,
I have two suggestions for evaluation instruments.

    One is Can-Do statements.
It is available from ACTFL web site. NCSSFL-ACTFL Can-Do Statements

Another one is Appendix F from this book:
    Authors: Adair-Hauck, Glisan, Troyan
    Title: Implementing Integrated Performance Assassemt
    Available from ACTFL web site.

For implementing Integrated Performance Assessment, I highly recommend reading this article:
    Authors: Adair-Hauck & Troyan
Title: A descriptive and co-constructive approach to Integrated Performance Assessment Feedback
Source: Foreign Language Annals, Vol. 26, Issue 1, pp. 23-44
    Publication year: 2013

    Enjoy them!
