The ACTFL mentoring program was created to provide tools and resources to help new educators succeed. Mentoring is an incredibly vital component to educator success and development.
Applications for mentees is currently open. Mentor applications will open at the end of May.
This year, the ACTFL mentoring program offers two mentoring options: for educators in a traditional classroom setting, and educators who teach online. Each group will receive support throughout the program from both ACTFL and their assigned mentor.
For the traditional program, mentees must have five or fewer years of experience in a classroom.
For the distance learning program, mentees must have three or fewers years of experience in teaching online.
