Good day Jiachen song
Although I can't give you an exact date, I do know that this application is still fairly new. Having said that, I am sure it will pick and catch on with the mobile users.
Btw... thanks for the comment!

Thank you for introducing this App to us. Actually, I have downloaded one in my iPhone. The system recommends some friends to me according to I'm a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker and I think the level of English (my second language) is advanced. I do add some users as my parter of learning language, and try to talk with them, unfortunately, a day after that, no one reply me. So I’m wondering, whether this is because people don’t use HelloTalk as frequently as Facebook. Although a part of people can’t live without their smart phones, it might not lead to that more time will be spend on language learning through using an interesting App, like HelloTalk. If talking can’t be instant or in time, HelloTalk is less appealing to me. However, I still want to thank you for your recommendation, and I hope HelloTalk can be more popular in the future.
