Incorporating communities
Hi Susan,
Creativity and technology go hand in hand with this standard. You can find native speakers willing to share, not necessarily as guest speakers. With an IPad they can record short clips, interviews, etc. that you can share with your students. You can also find many on YouTube. You may also contact the cultural attaché 's office, or embassy, and they can offer many more ideas. Teaching with the IPad offers an immediate access to communities around the globe.
